The self-taught perfumer and employee felicie wanpouille became a team that created famous and enduring perfumes that are still manufactured today. Their dynamic collaboration created narcisse noir in 1911 and n’aimez que moi in 1916. The company also makes a legendary face powder that was launched in the 1930’s. Daltroff left leadership of the company to wanpouille when he escaped to the united states to avoid nazi persecution in world war ii. The perfume house continues today with innovative quality scents being produced.
